  1. Template: (steel mesh) first, determine whether to process the template according to the designed PCB. If the chip components on the PCB are only resistors and capacitors, and the package is more than 1206, the solder paste can be coated with needle barrel or automatic dispensing equipment without making templates; if the chips with sot, SOP, PQFP, PLCC, and BGA packages and the packages of resistors and capacitors are below 0805, templates must be made. General templates are divided into chemical etching copper template (low price, suitable for small batch, test, and chip pin spacing > 0.635mm); laser etching stainless steel template (high precision, high price, suitable for a large batch, automatic production line, and chip pin spacing < 0.5mm). For R & D, small batch production or spacing > 0.5mm, etching stainless steel template is recommended; for batch production or spacing < 0.5mm, laser cutting stainless steel template is recommended. The overall dimension is 370 * 470 (unit: mm), and the effective area is 300 * 400 (unit: mm).
  2. Silkscreen printing: (high precision semi-automatic solder paste printing machine) its function is to use a scraper to leak solder paste or chip glue onto the pad of PCB to prepare for the mounting of components. The equipment used is a manual wire printing station (screen printing machine), a template, and a scraper (metal or rubber), located at the forefront of the SMT production line. Our company recommends to use a medium-size silk screen printing machine to fix the template on the screen printing platform, and fix the position of PCB on the screen printing platform through the up and down and left and right knobs on the manual screen printing platform, and fix the position; then place the PCB to be coated between the screen printing platform and the template, and place solder paste on the screen board (at room temperature), so as to maintain the stability of the template and PCB Parallel, evenly apply solder paste on PCB with a scraper. In the process of use, the template should be cleaned with alcohol in time to prevent the solder paste from blocking the leakage of the template.
  3. Mounting: (Korea high precision automatic multi-function Mounter) its function is to accurately install surface mount components to the fixed position of PCB. The machine is used for the production of vacuum film. For laboratory or small-batch, our company generally recommends using double head anti-static vacuum suction pen. In order to solve the problem of high-precision chip placement and alignment (chip pin spacing < 0.5mm), our company recommends the use of a Samsung full-automatic multi-function high-precision placement machine (sm421, which can improve efficiency and placement accuracy). The vacuum suction pen can pick up the resistance, capacitance, and chip directly from the component shelf. Because the solder paste has a certain viscosity, the resistance and capacitance can be directly placed on the required position; for the chip, the suction cup can be added to the vacuum suction pen head, and the suction force can be adjusted through the knob. Remember that no matter what kind of components are placed, pay attention to the alignment position. If the position is misplaced, the PCB must be cleaned with alcohol, screen printing again, and the components should be placed again.
  4. Reflow soldering: its function is to melt the solder paste so that the surface mount components and PCB are firmly brazed together to achieve the electrical performance required by the design, and it is fully controlled according to the international standard curve, which can effectively prevent the thermal damage and deformation of PCB and components. The equipment used is a reflow furnace (full automatic infrared/hot air reflow furnace), which is located behind the SMT production line.
  5. Cleaning: it is used to remove the materials or welding residues such as flux which affect the electrical properties of the PCB. If no cleaning solder is used, it is generally unnecessary to clean. The products that require low power consumption or good high-frequency characteristics should be cleaned. General products can be free of cleaning. The equipment used for ultrasonic cleaning machine or alcohol direct manual cleaning, the position can not be fixed.
  6. Inspection: its function is to inspect the welding quality and assembly quality of the PCB. The equipment used is a magnifying glass and a microscope. The position of the equipment can be configured in the appropriate place of the production line according to the needs of inspection.
  7. Rework: it is used to rework the PCB with faults detected, such as solder ball, tin bridge, open circuit, and other defects. The tools used are an intelligent soldering iron, repair workstation, etc. Configuration in any position in the production line. 4、 SMT auxiliary process: mainly used to solve the mixed process of wave soldering and reflow soldering.

  8. The delivery time of a simple circuit is generally 1-3 days, and it will be discussed in case of complicated special circumstances. If you have urgent requirements, please put them forward in advance. This is not for sale. Once the project is started, you can’t refund it. Therefore, you should first receive the goods and then send the documents to the customers, so as to prevent some malicious buyers from repudiating the documents and refusing to give money, thus wasting the buyer’s design time and effort. If the PCB cannot be completed due to too small a panel frame provided by the buyer, no refund will be provided. If the price is repeatedly modified, the price should be renegotiated.   9. The buyer is fully responsible for the problem of the schematic diagram designed by the buyer. Of course, if any problem is found in the schematic design, the customer will be informed.
